  Been a customer for many years. Bought a new vehicle and called the agency as soon as they opened and to my surprise phone was answered right away, and Peter spend about 40 minutes walking me through the policy I was getting was easy to exchange documents and I did not feel rushed at all. Peter took the time to explain things over if I asked, and the whole experience was pretty smooth as I was happy to get to drive my car the same and got my ID cards right away.
