  The owner of this store needs to get it together. . . We did online order while parking we got a call for store saying they had none of our items available, and if we'd like to cancel our order. We ended up going in and noticed only one employee working and was very overwhelmed. The young man working explained the situation to us, and was kind enough to make us sandwiches of things they did have in stock. Looked like the store was already closing at 930 when we arrived. We will not go here again

  Around 1:30 I got Subway and ordered three sandwhiches. The lady at the front who serves the protein and cheeses was very disrespectful. As soon as a little mistake was made (I wanted the third bread to be 6 inch and I guess it was such an inconvenience. There was attitude, shaking head, and rolling eyes. I would never give customer service the way she did, DO BETTER! I believe her name is Sammie.

  Store closes at 10:00 I went at 9:30 and the worker was sitting there on the phone with the doors locked with a girl.

  Awesome service from Annalicia (sp?) and her coworker this afternoon, meal was great and she was super professional even after having to handle another customer that was very rude and inappropriate to her! Appreciate these two because they're pros at service with a smile.
