  A local rv dealer referred me to this location when they were unable fully diagnose the condition of the battery in my motorhome. The store staff determined that I needed a new battery but did not have one in stock. They found that another store had what I needed in stock and graciously provided me with directions to that location. I am very appreciative to find such kind people when 1,700 miles away from home.

  On 7-8 I call this location, I had accidentally went to the location on 120th and Washington.. it was near close.. I wanted 2 things of spray paint. I call and ask, can you please give me 2 min extra I’m like here but at the light. The guy told me he will give me til the last customer leaves… I literally pull in at 9:02 and they are closed. I left really upset. They seemed to not care at all they could see I was visibly upset, I had driven from South Denver, I come back today 7-9 I ask if they have the paints they have marked down online. The guy says probably but I won’t sell them to you. I ask why and he responds I just won’t. So I said okay if I place an online order you won’t fulfill it? He says they will, So I place the order online.. I get half of the order they refunded the rest. Basically only the can paint that I drove down here twice for. Without saying sorry or anything… again they dont care. Absolutly piss poor service, god awful. I will not ever do business with advance again you can bet that.

  Never have what you need anymore. Good if you're just stopping by for a common item, oil change supplies, etc. I couldn't get some break caliper pins last weekend and even a turn signal bulb for my daughter's car was to much to have around. (Tried to sell her the wrong one) After giving a educational speech about the reasons why they should be looking up the part #, she had the right number and his was wrong. Still didn't have it. Been going there for me and my father in-law 20+ yrs. Guess it's time to go a little further.
