  Went in today after having no luck at auto zone (3 diffrent times). A very helpful young lady went above & beyond helping me. Unfortunately they didn't have the part nor could they order it but she personally looked at other places that may have my part and actually found a place that still carried it. I now know where my 1st stop will be before I even think about heading to Auto zone.

  Marc literally saved the day!!!! I was heading to work and my car was slow to start so I had a feeling I needed a new battery. I was able to get my car outside the store and Marc went above and beyond to help me. He even installed the new battery and got me back on the road in no time. He turned a stressful situation into such a wonderful experience. Thank you Marc!!!!

  Marc doea excellent work. Awesome customer service experience with diagnosing, purchasing, and replacing my weak battery. The store had multiple replacement options in stock. Marc explained each step in the process thoroughly and why it was important. We had a nice conversation while he completed the job. I am a very satisfied customer.
