  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tyler provided outstanding customer service! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed and took the time to answer all my questions. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Tyler is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. He deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication. Employees like Tyler are the reason customers keep coming back!

  I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately one star is the lowest option. My experience with Tyler, the manager, was extremely disappointing. He was very rude and argumentative with me and continued arguing with me in front of other customers across the store, which I found very unprofessional and embarrassing. At one point, he slid the keyboard across the table toward me and told me that I could type in my information myself. His attitude throughout the entire interaction was very mean, argumentative, and disrespectful. I understand that employees and managers can have difficult interactions with customers, but there is still a professional and respectful way to handle them. I left feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed with the way I was treated. Management should be setting an example for good customer service, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

  This place is trash there is absolutely no great customer service working with Tyler I don’t even understand how he still has a job with his smart mouth and the way he talks to customers. Bought a starter and was not given a receipt and came to get the core charge and they can’t even find the transaction under the phone number that it was bought with so now we are left with no receipt and no core charge.

  This place has a very friendly staff that are ready to help. Tyler was helping me and this guy know his stuff. I told him what my problem was and he gave me a couple of options a long with his recommendation, which happened to be the least expensive option, and sure enough it worked beautifully. I'm glad to have not just this store near me but the staff that know what they're talking about near to go to. Thanks Tyler.
