  Stopped by to get help redirecting a package. I was handled a piece of paper to call UPS. What? That's why I drove to your store, to get direct help, not call a national call center. The systems UPS has are not user friendly. While cordial, the store agents weren't helpful; probably trained to route customers to the national system, which was a horrible experience, 40 min call while in the store

  All 3 gentlemen were very polite, very helpful, very knowledgeable about what I can and can't ship which was helpful so I can send my sister a little care package. I definitely recommend using this store they will answer your questions

  I came to get an ID laminated and it looked horrible, the guy didn't even use scissors to line up card properly. The edges where all knicked from scissor cuts, lets just say it looked fake after he was done. Do not come here if you need an ID laminated. He was also very rude.

  Decent UPS store. Charged me $2 to print a single shipping label though. Seriously? Everywhere else does it for free. Will happily raise rating to five stars if that policy is changed.
