  Just went to this location and they wouldn't take a box that had a USPS label on it already ready to go. They said it was too big and that they only took small boxes and letters with stamps on them. I've never encountered this issue at a UPS store before they usually take all my boxes that have a USPS label on it. I ended up taking the box to a USPS lobby in the self-serve Dropbox and the box fit. This UPS store location said my box was too big. And then the worker went on to say USPS has already picked up anyway. If you weren't going to take the box I don't know why that comment was necessary. Needless to say I will never go back to this location again. Once again it was a SMALL package it was not bulky it was shoes in a box!!! what a joke response owner

  Mixed bag. One guy great other guy not so much. Charged me $7 to tape a box I brought in assembled because it was too big to get in my car assembled. The UPS at Arapaho and 287 would charge for that.

  Went to this location 12 minutes before they opened and placed my package at the door. I know, what a rule breaker, but this employee came up to unlock the door, tell me I couldn’t leave the package there, tell me I could wait until 8 AM to come into the store and properly leave the package and then when I asked if there was a drop off box outside of the store nearby, proceeded to tell me the same thing again that I could not leave the package there and that I could wait until 8 AM to come into the store and properly leave the package, all while I had the package in my hand and had no intention of leaving it there since he had already read me the rules and regs. Now I’m not quite sure what happens if somebody leaves a package outside this store after hours but I will say in the time it took him to interact with me he could’ve just taken the package in, and I don’t know, committed a crime in the name of customer service.

  Stopped by to get help redirecting a package. I was handled a piece of paper to call UPS. What? That's why I drove to your store, to get direct help, not call a national call center. The systems UPS has are not user friendly. While cordial, the store agents weren't helpful; probably trained to route customers to the national system, which was a horrible experience, 40 min call while in the store

  All 3 gentlemen were very polite, very helpful, very knowledgeable about what I can and can't ship which was helpful so I can send my sister a little care package. I definitely recommend using this store they will answer your questions
