  All I have to say is however was working this shift 5/30/2026 at 11am is a very disrespectful young man. I just witnessed him being extremely mean/ racist to this poor man,fed ex get better employees that’s not ok.

  Thank you to the staff who helped me last week. I had to return a couple clunky rugs, and after a misunderstanding (heads up this ship center does not have the ability to print shipping labels despite the FedEx 1-800 number telling me they are an “office” location and could print my labels), they led me to the Steamboat library to print what I needed. When I returned they were so thoughtful to help me ship my items (thanks for the brilliant packaging skills using a ski sleeve) and were super friendly, especially during the stress of a busy holiday season and Covid. I appreciate their customer service!
