  How did it take a full week to ship my package from Silverthorne to Denver?! The package needed to be there the next day. Neither myself or the agent thought it would be an issue. Somehow it was.

  I had a package delivered here because I wasn't home to sign for it. I went here to pick it up and was in and out in just a few minutes. The employee who helped me was friendly, quick and efficient.

  Truly awful. Why FedEx won’t deliver to post office street address is simply absurd. UPS does. For God’s sake even their own subsidiary FedEx Ground does. And then trying to get a hold at the ship center is about the most difficult process ever. No communication, very hard to reach a representative and impossible to call the actual location, resulting in wasted trips and headaches. I loathe FedEx.

  Closed from NOON-1PM everyday….for lunch. Closed BOTH Saturday & Sunday. It’s not like people would want to pick up packages on their lunch hour or on the weekend…no that would be way too convenient! And there’s no mention of the lunch hour on the website or on Google. It’s just posted on the door, so you can waste an hour in their parking lot…
