  The food was subway standard. Nothing amazing but you know what you’re getting (and I happen to like it). One star off because the worker behind the counter had to repeat everything multiple times. Normally this isn’t a big deal but they were wearing AirPods or some other wireless headphones which clearly got in the way of her paying attention and doing her job in a professional manner, and the line moved a lot slower than it should have because of that.

  My family and I were ignored the whole time we waited to make our order, they refused to acknowledge us. The employees here do not care about their customers, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. It was such a disappointment. We have never had a problem with any subway restaurant. Today, I went in with my folks at 7:10pm, their store closes at 8pm. We walked in with our masks on, there were two employees. Nobody greeted or acknowledged us, they straight up ignored us the entire time we waited patiently. After a while, it was clear that we were not welcomed and we did not feel welcomed so we decided to leave and go to the other subway in town. We got there at 7:20pm, their hours said they close at 8pm as well. Their doors were locked, we knocked on the door to ask an employee as to why they were closed 40 minutes early. One employee said because they ran out of food, which was not true because friends of mine told me this restaurant location closes an hour before they are supposed to close, every single night. Both locations here in town are ran horribly.

  Staff was very disrespectful. And they were out of multiple vegetables. Claimed to be waiting on a truck to resupply. This was the subway on 26th street in rifle.
