How are you in business??? The mall phone number doesn't work. The subway HQ website customer service chat is infuriating--no way to reach customer service thru chat!!! There's no 1800 number to call. Their catering, 3rd party website doesn't offer help, and can't place order. So, you've made it clear that you don't care ONE BIT about generating sales--let alone customer service! Ok, no problem!

I go here all the time before work because it's on my way to work. I walk to work. I ordered a BLT bacon, lettuce and cheese. They give me a BMT with no bacon in it. I'm really really upset. I was going to call them and fix it but I don't have time cuz I have to be at work. So next time maybe I could get some kind of discount or something when I go back. My name is attack Padilla. I'm an artist and I go here all the time ... The time is 2:30 p.m. March 31st 2026. I am really mad. I kind of don't want to go back there. No more makes me not want to go back there anymore
Blond cashier with glasses refused to toast my veggie sub, saying it was against policy. Every other subway does this for me everytime. Weird and mean behavior

I don't normally do positive reviews. Usually I only review if I'm unhappy. However, the woman that help my girlfriend and I today deserves recognition. We were confused about the deals on the app and struggled to make an order. She assisted us through the process kindly and professionally. I left with both our perfectly made sandwiches and a smile. This is how it should be done.

I’m not one to normally leave a review, whether I have a good or bad experience but wow this was a whole different level. The blonde/blue haired girl was extremely rude, from the very beginning. I understand jobs like this can be demanding at times, but that’s never an excuse for the type of behavior and attitude given from this girl. As soon as I walk up, I’m asked what kind of sandwich, and as someone who doesn’t go to subway a lot, I asked if I could do a build your own type of sandwich, and she repeats herself with attitude “what kind of sandwich?” That took me back, and then the rest of the experience was the same, her slamming the containers into the bin, slamming the bread door shut, throwing stuff around in the back. At the end, Im asked if I wanted a meal with any of the three sandwiches, I respond saying I wanted a meal on just one, then again “so a meal” with more attitude and disrespect. The disrespect and attitude was so bad, the other girl working with her kept shooting apologetic looks at us and looking over at her each time she’d slam something. Extremely disappointed in my experience and will not be going back to this location.
