  We had the WORST customer service last night from Evelyn. She was extremely rude and very disrespectful. I placed our order through the app and after 25 minutes, I was notified our order was ready. My husband went in to get our food and Evelyn told him she hadn't started it yet. WHAT??? I was notified it was ready to be picked up!! So we waited in the car for another 10 minutes and my husband then went inside and waited. Every question he asked received a short, hateful response. She was completely out of line. She's very lucky I included a tip when I placed the order online, because otherwise she would not have received anything. That's the last time I make that mistake. This store needs to have their employees trained on customer service skills. If they are not willing or able to provide this basic skill, get rid of them.
