  Truly an excellent experience. Went in to return something to AT&T, and they handled the whole process with finesse. Big store. Abby was very sweet, and her trainer, whom I forgot to get her name, was outstanding. So kind. Never going to UPS again.

  The absolute worst shipping company ever made. I placed a chewy order for my dog my package went from Henderson colorado all the way to Florida and back to me and it took 4 days for them to update me that it was in Florida and than on the app you only allowed to speak to ai virtual assistant and when you call they dont give you no better update than the app. Recently I ordered a phone and it was being delivered thru FedEx today It left the FedEx place at 7:45 I was waiting by the door since 8am-8pm watched a FedEx truck ride pass my house and tried to follow the truck but he turned somewhere I could no longer see the truck. I go back home and wait by the door again all the way till 7:45pm than they updated the app just to say it will ne delivered the following day. How do you do a whole route since 7:45am and still miss people. Mind you I paid for the on the 26th and paid for overnight shipping. It said it will be delivered by 8pm on the 29. Now they saying the 30th. This is the worst place ever cause slouch just gotta wait with no explanation
