  I was really stressed about bringing in a box bigger than I am, of fridge parts that was needing to be returned. I didn't have any labels asides from what was sent in email from the original company, with very little direction. Brenna was kind, efficient, and easy to talk to. She took care of me without complications. Quick. Easy. Friendly.

  I hardly ever leave Google reviews because it’s rare to come across customer service this exceptional. Candice at this FedEx location went completely above and beyond to help me ship a package, and she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, she was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me get everything handled correctly. What stood out the most was Candice’s attitude and dedication. She didn’t treat me like “just another customer” she took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I left confident that my package was taken care of. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly values customer service, which is hard to find these days. Honestly, interactions like this are what keep customers loyal to a business. Candice’s personality, work ethic, and professionalism made me want to continue doing all my shipping business with FedEx. Employees like her are a huge asset to the company. She absolutely deserves recognition, a raise, and if it were up to me, she’d be managing that location. Thank you again, Candice you were awesome, and your kindness and effort did not go unnoticed
