  My phone locked up, said it couldn't find a sim. After an hour wasted with a bot, the bot said I needed to go to a store. The nearest store is at 1648 W U.S. Hwy 50, Pueblo, CO. I got to the store at 6:30 pm. The sign on the door said that the store was open until 7:00 PM. The lights were on but the door was locked the woman in the store saw me and ducked in the back room and occasionly peeked around the corner but would not come to the door. Two other customers came and knocked with no success. Cricket makes TMobille look good and that's not a compliment.

  I came in there with a phone issue. I was polite & genuine & just wanted my phone fixed but the way the grumpy lady looked at me as if I was bothering her made me just not even wanna get anything fixed . I even gave her a compliment so you can change your attitude which btw they your nails look hideous . Never will I ever step into that building ever again ... I'm happy that a store in the springs helped me with please & mind

  Oscar and Jackie were wonderful at my visit to the store. They were helpful, answered all my questions walked me through the process, and the transferring of my information went smoothly. The customer service was great.
