  My phone locked up, said it couldn't find a sim. After an hour wasted with a bot, the bot said I needed to go to a store. The nearest store is at 1648 W U.S. Hwy 50, Pueblo, CO. I got to the store at 6:30 pm. The sign on the door said that the store was open until 7:00 PM. The lights were on but the door was locked the woman in the store saw me and ducked in the back room and occasionly peeked around the corner but would not come to the door. Two other customers came and knocked with no success. Cricket makes TMobille look good and that's not a compliment.

  I think I'd better change companies because they don't serve you with respect and professionalism, like sending you to another store (not cricket) to buy another phone and come back and activate it with them 😂🤣😂
