  Had issues activating my replacement phone. I had to go up to store on Troy ave 3 days in a row. On the 3rd day they fixed my problem and gave me month of service for all the hassle but my phone was shut off 3 days later and I've been trying to call the store and they NEVER answer the phone and voicemails are full so I can't even leave a msg
