  Zero stars if I could. I’ve been to this UPS location several times over the past year, and unfortunately, I have consistently had poor experiences with the customer service. Whenever I’ve needed help with a return or package issue, it feels like the focus is on finding a reason why they can’t help, rather than trying to find a solution. Instead of taking ownership of the situation or helping customers understand their options, the responsibility seems to continually get passed somewhere else. I completely understand that UPS locations have policies they have to follow, but there is a big difference between explaining a policy and genuinely trying to help a customer versus simply looking for a reason to deny the request. After multiple visits and consistently receiving the same type of service, I unfortunately cannot recommend this location. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and works toward creating a more helpful, solution-oriented customer service experience.

  I have tried to come to this UPS location because it said they where open at 8am however 4 separate times they have been closed each time I have tired to use their services.

  Absolutely ridiculous service. They dont scan return labels in email and they need paper return labels. In 21st century they are asking for physical return labels. With all the technology upgrades, this store is going backwards. And when I asked why do they have bar code readers, and why cant they scan, they say they only scan QR code and they charge $2 for printing the return label. What a joke! Absolutely no intention to good service to the customer than charging $2 for return shipment.
