  I want to give a big shoutout to the associate working this morning at AutoZone! I came in with a broken windshield wiper, and he immediately jumped in to help and fixed the issue on the spot. This is actually the second time I’ve had the chance to work with him, and both times he’s been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name, but thank you again for going above and beyond, I really appreciate it!

  It’s 7:45am, need an urgent part in which Auto Zone didn’t have, stopped here and they are close yet when the signs states 7:30am MON the FRI, it’s Friday and not opened.

  We are from Oklahoma and visiting our new granddaughter. Tried to start the car this morning; couldn’t jump it from cables, but got it started from our our Craftsmen portable power station. These folks checked out our electrical system, with absolutely no delay or sales pressure (they made it clear they didn’t need to sell us anything and we just needed to drive it awhile to charge it up.). We bought some new wiper blades for the ride back. These folks were wonderful!
