  I brought 8 gallons of old oil, the person at the checkout said he could only take 5, I said OK, I agree, then I tell him where to throw the empty oil bottles, he said, I can't take them. And he was very unpolite to me. The question is, why did I come here and stay with empty bottles? I'll go to the auto zone, they always accept my oil without question, they won't come back here anymore.

  They seem friendly and willing to return items when you buy them but unreasonably deny returns I bought 3 oil filter wrenches to remove an oil filter that is in a tough location on my boat. When I bought the oil filter Wrenches, I bought three different styles in hopes that one would . Before buyingI asked the associate what the return policy is if I don't use these - He said as long as They do not have oil all over them they would return them I was able to get the filter off with one of the three wrenches I bought the other two I did not use - So I tried The unused wrenches. The person that the parts counter told me I had used it, even though it was in the original packaging an unopened, And there was a 1/8 inch scratch on the inside of the wrench, And he would not return it. I'm glad I encountered this on an Inexpensive item, And will never buy another thing at the store
