I didn’t have high expectations when I walked in but the woman working behind the counter (older, silver hair) made sure those expectations were not exceeded.
I had an order for 6 sandwiches. She clearly did not like that (as others have mentioned). Then she didn’t like the way in which I was ordered said sandwiches.
For future visitors, when she is working, it’s in your best interest to order in the following format:
1. Size of your sandwich (6” or footlong)
2. Bread type
3. Sandwich type
4. Know exactly what veggies and sauces you want, do not hesitate even for a second to read your phone to see what your friends want on their sandwich.
It is NOT acceptable to do any of these things out of order - if you do she will let you know how irritated it makes her. I do not suggest this. If you do make a mistake and she expresses her frustration, it does make the situation a little better to tell her how unpleasant she is, and you can see her making your food so you can eat it with confidence.
Would not recommend this location (or any subway for that matter, unless it’s the only option available to you).
