  They had one job: take a passport photo that would satisfy the requirements. I got a digital version so I didn’t see it until I got home. It was blurry and poorly lighted. I don’t blame the employee because she actually used the FedEx checking tool which gave it a “green light.” Needless to say the photo was turned down by the state department website. Epic failure. Not even worth trying again because according to their checker, it should have been fine. But it was so far from fine. So, so far.

  The employee was nice and asked if I needed help, but was NOT knowledgeable about the scan feature of their copier machine. I needed a scan of minimum 300 dpi but he had no clue. Extremely frustrated cuz paid $.041 and I do not think the "super high quality scan" is the minimum 300 dpi!!

  Don't bother with this FedEx center it's located inside of Walmart. there is no external access door. all packages have to be carried through the Walmart entrence through Walmart security... Nearest parking may as well be miles away. Because it's a Walmart parking lot full of Walmart customers... luckily Postal Annex an FedEx authorized ship center is located just across the street. parking is very accessible and it is a privately owned business with incredibly polite and helpful people. Usually I would prefer to go to the the official print and ship center, but in this case it is just not worth it. in this case, the small business has better service and a better location.

  Dropped off pkg at 5:10 on Thursday for Sunday delivery. No one informed me I had missed drop-off time for the Walmart FedEx in Monument Co. Pkg sat in next FedEx office over the Weekend. Now, my pkg won't arrive till Thursday. Very disappointed with service. I would have been willing to take to main office, if given the information on missing drop-off times.

  The lady behind the desk helped tremendously. I'm wasn't a fan of FedEx before this, but after USPS started sending all my Christmas presents to my crabby/horder neighbor, I decided it was time for a change. They did not disappoint. I found my new shipping store.
