  I had done a mobile order and asked for it to be ready at a certain time and my order was not ready at that time. I had to wait 15-20 mins after scheduled pick time. On Top of that the employees spent more time arguing than paying attention to the orders they were making. I had ordered a footlong BMT I asked for it toasted and it was not toasted. My other Sandwich wasn’t made correctly it was missing toppings. Very Disappointing.

  The 2 guys working, ponytail and nose ring, are friendly and aren't responsible for this 1 star review...they get 5 stars....but holy moly...hire some people to help them !

  Food was great but the service was terrible. The lady who took our order and made our sandwiches was rude, and made us feel as though we were pests rather than customers. When I got my sandwich it wasn't even made right. It was my first time eating at Subway in over 12 years, so I'm not familiar with the bread options, so I thought I'd order something that had predetermined ingredients. The seasoned steak and avocado ended up with no avocado on it at all and no cheese of any kind. I took it as my fault for not asking for those things but I thought the sandwich was supposed to be made a certain way regardless of what I knew or didn't know to ask for. My wife wanted bell peppers and got banana peppers instead. All the while we were treated with a very poor attitude as if we were stupid for not knowing what to put on our sandwiches. Terrible experience i would not go back again, not in this town anyways.

  The lady working at 10:05 with glasses put green peppers on my sandwich (weren’t supposed to be on there) took them off then put them back with the rest of the green peppers, then processed to use the same knife on two different sandwiches. Talk about food cross contamination!!! Zero stars

  Always a good stop on trips. They are very good to accommodate for food allergies. Having alpha-gal has taught me that. Every server immediately removes their gloves, washes hands, gets out newly washed utensils and re-gloves. Appreciate that.
