  My girlfriend went in there to pick up her mobile order and when she said the name the younger girl working there threw the sandwich in the bag and basically shoved it to her. The other guy there pulled his phone out when she got in her car and it seemed like he took a picture which might not be the case but i don’t know why else he’d point his camera at her in her car.

  I ordered a chicken and avocado toasted sub with provolone cheese. The employee that took my order confirmed that is what I wanted not once, but twice. Unfortunately I did not notice until I got home and took a bite that he had put beef on it instead. I have not eaten beef since 2017 and am extremely upset that this happened. Especially after my order was confirmed. You cannot see into the meat section anymore so I was unable to watch him place the meat onto my sandwich and when it came out of the toaster the cheese was melted on it so it looked like chicken had been place on it.

  I just moved to the area this past month and took over a local store as GM. I celebrate my staff monthly. I was in a bind and needed a party tray quickly. I came in and spoke with Lisa and she made sure I had what I needed for my staff celebration. She was very kind, courteous and her customer service was on point! That girl needs a raise!!! Thank you Lisa for just being amazing and saving the day!! I appreciate your kindness!
