The guy who was working there around 6:30 pm on 6/18/2026 was very disrespectful to my dad and told me he does not want to talk to him while my dad was standing in front of him and was not giving eye contact with my dad, but I forced him to talk to my dad instead of me. He did this only because my dad asked him to cut the bread so he tells him what to put inside it which he refused to do and insisted my dad first picks a sandwich name from the menu, for which my dad told him that he always asks subway reps in other branches to cut the sandwich before he even choses the sandwich.

I’d give zero stars if possible. I’m local, and every time I’ve visited this Subway location I’ve had a negative experience with the staff.
The employees never wear name tags, but there is an older woman and another employee with tattoos who consistently come across as rude and inconvenienced by customers. During my most recent visit, the older employee barely washed her hands before preparing food — she only got her fingertips wet before making sandwiches for me and my daughter.
When I mentioned that my daughter’s sandwich was vegetarian, I was met with attitude. The employee also acted annoyed when I politely asked for the middle section of bread instead of the end piece after she cut the sandwich into thirds. She even looked at her coworker as if my request was unreasonable.
The quality of the food preparation was poor as well. Hollow tomato ends were placed on the sandwich, and when I requested fresher tomatoes, that also seemed to irritate her. The vegetable portions are extremely skimpy — the cucumbers are sliced paper thin. They are also unwilling to make simple substitutions, such as allowing chips and a fountain drink instead of applesauce and apple juice in kids meals.
Beyond that, customer interaction is minimal and unfriendly, the floor around the fountain machine was sticky and wet, and when we got to our picnic we realized that two meals came with only one napkin.
I’m only taking the time to write this because this has been a repeated experience at this location, not a one-time bad day. This store seriously needs customer service training and better attention to cleanliness and hospitality. A parent taking their child out for a simple picnic lunch should leave feeling welcomed, not uncomfortable.
