  The UPS store tells you incorrect dates-they way overpromise and don't deliver. I went to the Loveland UPS Store on Eagle drive a bit past noon with a letter for Westcliffe, CO- about a 4.5 hour drive away. They said it would be there the next day and yet it apparently sat at the Denver processing center for 1 day before going to southern Colorado. So it took 2 days, not the one day they said was the delivery date. Don't believe what they tell you. They charge you a lot of money for not delivering when they say they will. They are not a reliable delivery service for when you need a letter to get there on time. Guess I am going back to FedEX!

  I was overheated and exhausted from moving when I brought several photo albums to the UPS store that needed to be packed and shipped to a family member. The young man at the counter was very friendly and efficient and guaranteed the albums would be packed carefully. I have no idea how they packed the albums, but the recipient hasn’t stopped raving about how gently and carefully they were packed. It meant so much to them that the albums had been treated so respectfully. I so appreciate such attentiveness and great customer service. Thank you!!
