  This UPS store does not deserve any stars! I arrived at 4:59 and they would not let me drop off my package. It was already labeled and ready to go. I waited at the door begging and pleading as the three employees were shaking their heads at me and laughing. I had just gotten off work and made it by the hair of my chin to the store to deliver a package that had to be sent today or I would lose a substantial amount of money.

  I love UPS in Loveland. It has become my favorite place. In and out in less than 1 minutes. No selling you stuff. No complaints about your packaging. No waiting for codes (like their competition). No stress. Less then 1 minutes today. Wow. Great job UPS. Worth the $1 that Amazon charged me.

  Whenever I visit the store I am greeted by friendly staff who have helped me and have always asked it there is anything else they can help with, nothing is too much effort for them, To sum it up "Great Staff who deliver a great service"
