  Because my Allstate office is in the same building as my work office I was able to pop in on my lunch break to speak to Marsha in person about a car we sold and needed removed from our policy. While doing this she offered a new insurance option on our other vehicles that wound up saving us a significant amount of money. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Nice to have the in person experience!

  Discussed with Marsha Gonzalez at Summit an act of god--branch broke off and landed on a car--unsure if we should file claim. She gave us options and helped us with info and contacted AmModern. Helped us initiate claim and explained process. Provided detail, answered questions clearly and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and appreciated!

  I called Marsha to go over my coverage on my new to me car. She explained everything offering me ways to save and also where I could use more coverage. I appreciate her patience and knowledge. She is everything I want in an agent. Thank you again for your help!

  I called my Allstate Agent of 32 years today only to discover the office had closed and my call was answered by Marsha at Summit. She helped me get set up to work with them and immediately forwarded me the document I was looking for. She told me Kirsten was the person I needed to talk to and she would call me. When I spoke with Kirsten she listened to my issue, understood it, we talked about what the next steps were, and she followed up with the additional information I requested. 2 calls working with these 2 and already feel I’m good hands with them
