  Tony was super helpful. He helped me walk through all of our policies and save a significant amount of money. I started the call thinking I was going to look for a different insurance company and he did a great job to help keep us Allstate customers.

  Absolute garbage company. Insurance companies are already the lowest of the low, but this one actively ignores any try you might make to engage with it. The online platform is terrible with literally no way to cancel with them. You will be upsold ridiculous amounts with mandatory 24/7 surveillance apps that do not work. The insurance "agent" likely does not exist as he does not respond to any engagement, so this is most likely a government-funded scheme.

  Brenton W did a great job answering my questions and helping me getting my insurance that I needed for my husband’s motorcycle. Also helped with me understanding the way underinsured drivers insurance works. Made it easier to decide what to do.
