  I spoke with Marsha regarding a new-to-me home policy; she was very professional, concise, and pleasant. I will (hopefully) continue to deal with her in the future. Also, I didn't have to go through a full smorgasbord of menu items to reach her; it was nice getting a human so quickly.

  Great client/ customer support from Summit Insurance agent Chris Fortner. I first contacted Chris after I received photos from a home inspection, and the relevant requests to address two issues found by inspectors. I went to work to address issue #1 which involved clearing branches away from my house. Chris immediately went to work communicating with underwriters when I made a request to have more time to address issue #2 which involves upgrading the roof condition. Now issue #1 has been successfully addressed, and plans are being made to address the roof issue, thanks to Chris’s efforts to work with the inspectors and secure the time that is necessary to do so. I look forward to working with Chris and meeting the requests of the All-State inspection team. Patrick G

  Kristen was very helpful today, confirming my request, answering my questions and reassuring everything was in check. She has a very pleasant, and caring personality.
