    Do not recommend they need the entire staff to be properly trained. Manager needs an attitude adjustment and take accountability.

    This place is insane. They served me a to go order without turkey on it and the explanation was that they were out of turkey. I took it back in, asked for a refund. The bread was almost raw as well. The employees could not give me a refund and said to call tomorrow and the manager would do it. I called and the manager said I had to come in for cash. I live almost 30 miles away from their location. I asked him if the best way to get the refund on my card was to call subway and he said yes. I emailed subway. They got back to me and said the manager told them I took the sandwich and left with it , which is a lie. I just called in to speak to the manager and ask why he lied to subway that I took the sandwich and they wouldn't even give me his name, citing "safety concerns". I have now spent 2 days trying to get my money back for something they did not provide. If they do not refund I will just dispute with my cc company.

    There is a doll of an employee named Ella. My son had went in there and ordered a sandwich, I had given him my debit card while I went next door not realizing I gave him the wrong card nor did he come tell me that it wasn’t working. Ella provided fantastic customer service and paid for the sandwich for him. Once I got my food we went back to her and I asked if she could refund it and I will pay for it cause I felt bad for that. She insisted it was on her and that it was ok. You guys don’t have many employees like Ella. She is a gem that you should hang onto. Ella, thank you so much for providing great customer service and going above and beyond! Your co workers could learn from you! Thank you again!

    Company has dysfunctional app with no way to access account/rewards like other junk food places do and no way to contact customer service so 1 star, sorry.

    Couldn't add pickles to a protein pocket yet you are looking at the menu to make it? If you don't know what even goes on it are we sure about the additional veg. I mean I get no extra meats or cheeses. But I can't get 4 pickle slices on this pocket even for like 50¢. I'm confused. But I'm glad he got to finish making it before I left. Should have just added the pickles.
