I Asked before I started ordering if I could use a coupon that did not have a barcode I showed them the code and everything. She said I could. Then, as I go to check out, she tells me she can't do the coupon. After making all my food she went to the back to ask somebody. In my opinion, she could have went to the back to ask somebody before creating my food my order would have been different. I've been in the food service industry for 5 years myself in a similar position.
I know fast food is a hard job. Dealing with "stressful" people. But keeping your word is a good way to keep people happy.
This was just frustrating.

We tried to place a group order for a volleyball tournament with this location, and after our phone call, which was very pleasant, we were advised to come visit the location to place our order in person due to some small needs i.e. gluten-free we weren’t able to do online. Once we visited the location to place our order, three days in advance, the employee that we spoke to on the phone was there and very helpful and receptive. However, the manager on duty was very abrasive and non-accepting of our order. Due to the manager on duty’s response, we felt it was best to move our order elsewhere. We went next door to their competitor Firehouse Subs and received exceptional service. We will not be returning to this Subway for future orders.
