  I would like to file a complaint about my recent visit to a Subway restaurant. It was approximately 97°F outside, but the temperature inside the restaurant felt even hotter around 115°F. There was little to no air conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable to be inside.I was there with my 2 year old, and the excessive heat made me concerned for my child’s safety and well-being. It was difficult to stay in the restaurant for any length of time because it was so hot. I also felt terrible for the employees, who had to work in those conditions for an entire shift.A restaurant should provide a safe and comfortable environment for both customers and employees. I hope this issue is addressed immediately by repairing the air conditioning or taking other appropriate measures. No customer especially one with a young child should have to endure those conditions, and employees should not be expected to work in such extreme heat.

  The store was unbearably hot, it was 90 degrees. This is inhumane and I can’t imagine what working in this heat is like. You guys need to fix your AC.

  Door dash blames you, you blame door dash and I loose $. It's happened too many times at your location. At least you're in a good spot for travelers. If this is how your service is the locals would surely stop coming and you'd eventually be a has been. Maybe another business would move in with reliable service. And you won't even answer
