The food was delicious the employees were amazing however when I’m start to sweat when ordering a sandwich it’s ridiculous not have working ac in 90+ degree weather it’s very concerning that then employees have to work like that.

Ever since your best employees left a couple of months ago, this location has gone downhill. I was in there today and the lady was unfriendly and nonresponsive when I explained an issue with my app. I’m a member and asked her how I could get the advertised deal without my app since it would not work. She didn’t respond. I’m already working with the Subway Support team and they are trying to help me unlike your employee. I reported your location to the team.

They don't offer breakfast
So the very young lady fixing my sandwich argued with me that the seasoned steak and avocado sandwich doesn't have extra meat, clearly a foot long is supposed to have 3 scoops of steak, I got 2 on a 15+ dollar sandwich, obviously she was to busy with her school mates in the lobby to read how to make the sandwich, I am so totally frustrated and over the terrible customer service with alot of these quick serve restaurants these days and it does fall back on the franchise owner training and hiring process is failing, promise you I will not be visiting this location again, do better people pay for this!
I enjoy the company in the folks that work there, they take good care of their store, and are very helpful. I also know your specific deals can be acquired to the app in the app alone.
