Amazing customer services! The employees are quick to help and the prices are reasonable!
I come to this FedEx location several times a week and have always had great experiences with the staff. They are consistently kind and helpful, so today was especially disappointing.
Hailey was extremely short and rude. When I made a statement or asked a question, she responded as though it was an inconvenience to answer me. Her tone was dismissive and condescending, and she made the entire interaction uncomfortable for both myself, and the customer ahead of me as I felt uncomfortable watching that interaction too. I ended up leaving before completing all of my returns and took them elsewhere.
I have never had an issue with anyone else here, which is why it was so disappointing to have such a negative experience today.
I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt many times but it’s consistently a teeth pulling experience. Many of the employees are annoyed when you need their help for the full service printing options. Hayley in particular absolutely does not want to be there. They have no service in there so you need to either email your code beforehand or try to get it outside and then plan on spending 20-30 minutes each time for the printing services. Crazy that it’s so much easier to use Walgreens for printing.
I enjoy the convenience of their Print and Go services, when they actually function the way they are supposed to. I have had multiple issues with the document not actually printing, but charging my card for the full $5 minimum hold amount. They are able to print behind the counter, but at that point, it takes the convenience out of the whole 'Print and Go' option.

Manager's customer service skills leave a lot to be desired.
Had zero interest on getting trained on self check out. Just needed a return receipt for returning a sensitive corporate device. I had a bunch of errands to run and it was not appreciated. Will avoid this location in the future in favor of locations that remember their purpose.
