  Adam was super friendly & very helpful. Highly recommend coming here if you don't know what to or how to print things or use computers. This place has it all in one stop & they'll show you how to get it done! Fast!

  Horrible Customer service. A guy named Adam showed nothing but attitude and was rude the whole time. Work on being friendly it goes along way Adam.

  Worst Experience Ever. Every time I have to go here it is a nightmare. Email them the label, wait 3 to 10 minutes for the code. Then they can print the label. They always complain about the packaging so you have to pay for packaging or a bag etc. Has never been free. Not a convenient experience. If given a choice I would never use.

  I went to this store on Friday June 5 to get several papers that had to be faxed that day I went to office Depot where they are always helpful their fax and everything else but their machine was down she sent me to this fed ex store nearby (this store) when I walked in people were busy except for one lady who was playing on her phone she asked if she could help I told her yes I needed some faxes sent and I didn't know how to do it could she please help me she said the machine was over there and pointed to it I said I don't know how to send it she said go over there and try it it's not that hard I explained I'm 65 years old and I have tried but I need help she said well go ahead and try I told her I didn't have time would she please help she said if I can't get it she will help I told her I didn't have time and asked again would you please help she ignored me and I left I called and spoke to the manager and she told me she was sorry and would tell her about it but the machines are self service this particular store appears to offer no help at all to it's customers I went to UPS store across from Walmart on hwy 34 and they helped me immediately the moral of the story is dont go to the fed ex store on Lincoln Street in Loveland especially if you need help this particular lady was lazy and apparently wasn't being paid to help customers although the manager apologized she stopped short of paying attention to what I said I will never go back to that store and wouldn't recommend it to anyone that's business as usual for them a very bad experience and I'm sure it's not the first I would have given them a 0 if given the option
