  I had a frustrating experience with this agency. Communication was very difficult—they were hard to reach even after multiple voicemails. I was initially told they could save me money, but my rates kept increasing, and in the end, the coverage didn’t even match what I had before. Overall, it felt like a step backward rather than an improvement. I would recommend carefully reviewing your options and confirming that the final policy matches what was originally promised before committing.

  They definitely try to get your business but thats about the last time you hear from them and its hassle to get a hold of them or have them call you back

  Though I had no inclination to look into other homeowner insurance companies or had even considered it, I'm so glad that Dakota gave me a call to initiate this process. Comparing what he could offer to the policy I've had since I bought my house (10+ years ago), for just a little bit more on my annual payment I gained soooo much more coverage. Not only that, but Dakota was amazing to work with and so easy to talk to. He made a dreaded task into an easy, enjoyable experience. I have already told my family and co-workers about it and highly recommend talking to Dakota for your insurance needs!

  Jordan was/ has been an amazing help with my renter's insurance and auto insurance. He was able to get me the best rates out of any other company and has been very patent with me.
