  Chad Thielen’s agency always does what is right for my needs. They are welcoming and are very quick to help whenever I need something. If you want an agent that will put you first you need to Call Chad. He has a team of professionals dressy to help you out.

  I have been with them for years to discover that they didn't remove a car I asked them to remove three years ago and I've been paying premium for over three years for a car i don't have, this by itself cost me 3k for nothing but trusting them and when I asked to back date it they said we can do only one month. This office is nothing but a shady business! Stay away, lots of insurance agencies out there. Good luck!
