  I have used this store several times and never a problem. This morning I carried in a boxed large crock-pot I was returning to Amazon. I followed all their re-packing instructions and placed back in the crockpot-pot box. He insisted that I bring in the Amazon outside box as well. I didn’t have it and he refused to send it. I then asked him to help carry it back and put in my car( just outside the door). He resisted and I insisted. Needless to say— I will never return. I went to the UPS store on 17th and main. Couldn’t have been more helpful, polite and efficient. Opened the door for me. Sealed the box and quickly gave me a receipt and I was on my way. Absolutely no hassle about it being boxed without the outside box Amazon sent with it. I’ll be back.

  Amazing experience! The two gentlemen who just assisted me had my packages best interest at heart for it to arrive safely and timely and was very very helpful! I would definitely ship from here again!
