  I put an order in online. I arrived 10 min after it was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t ready. When I asked about it, the lady that was working was rude and said she had a whole stack of orders ahead of me. I told her to cancel it and she said I had to do it online. I canceled the online order and I was never refunded. I called the store the next day and was told I need to speak to the manager but the manager wasn’t there. I have called the store multiple times and the manager is never there. I have left my info with multiple people to get a call back and no one will call me back. THIS HAS BEEN TWO-WEEKS. I just want my money back or my sub.

  Disappointed. I placed an online order for a wrap. When I showed up to pick up they informed me that they don't have wraps, so I was offered flatbread instead-not bad. Also missing-the cheese, the mayo and the avocado. They added onions, which I did not want. The staff was courteous and the facility is clean. Bottom line: step up your game.

  This place is laughable. The employees are the most unmotivated and lackluster individuals ive seen in a long time. I had to use the app to order to get my buy one get one discount and couldn't do it In person standing in front of them. After I did that, they told me I'd have to wait 30 minutes for them to make it even though I was literally standing in line and in front of them. I've worked at a subway years ago and have been a consistent customer here. Never. Again.

  There is a young lady with a lip piercing and glasses who has constantly made all our mobile orders wrong and when we asked for her to remake it she gave us attitude and made it seem like it was our fault. This is not the first time where she has messed up our order and I hate to be the one to complain but this has happened way too many times to ignore. The store and their employees are always hard working and kind but she has solely runied that for me and my family.
