  Ordered DoorDash and these people really looked at my sandwich and proceeded to wrap it and send it off as edible food. Rock solid and burnt to a crisp. lol

  I had a great experience in here. The manager seemed a little bit off She was continuously taking breaks I will say, but a young man named Travis was very helpful and made my order in a timely fashion on Friday yesterday.

  Came in tonight to the two girls sitting down on there phones talking at the booth well when I pulled up one of them jumped up and turned the sign off and sat back down when I came in to order my sub she told me the store was closed. Mind you the time was only 7:40. I asked how could that be the case when you guys are open till 8 she said not tonight. Tonight we only stay open till 7:50 Again mind you it just turned 7:40 I told her I will return in the morning to speak to the manager. Doesn’t make sense to me how two employees sitting on the phone 20 minutes till closing time can’t make a simple meatball sub it’s not like they were even cleaning the restaurant to be “closed”

  I’ve never had such a poor experience at a Subway. The two girls working on Wednesday afternoon around dinner were beyond rude and clearly annoyed that customers were coming in. Their attitudes were completely unwelcoming, and the customer service was awful. On top of that, the store was poorly stocked, the cookies were literally burnt, and the overall cleanliness and food-handling practices were concerning. I also noticed them handling food while wearing gloves but not using them in a sanitary way, which is especially unacceptable when preparing food for customers. There’s absolutely no excuse for treating customers like an inconvenience while also serving poor-quality food in an unsanitary environment. I left extremely disappointed and will think twice before returning to this location. Management seriously needs to address both the customer service and food safety standards here.
