  Showed up today and they had 2 very new employees. I was charged double and they made the sandwiches with about half of the ingredients they are supposed to add. WORST subway in town !

  The area was nice and clean inside, but once we walked up to start our order, that's when it got weird. The worker, Travis, had a comment about literally EVERYTHING. We had coupons for two sandwiches, and he told us a story about how a customer came in with the same coupon for two for $13.99. Travis proceeded to tell us a customer came in and his sandwiches ended up being over $20 with the coupon. The guy didn't have enough money, and Travis decided to help the man pay for one. Travis then told us, "I hope you don't think I'll help you out like that because I don't have the money." Awesome, but we didn't ask for your help to pay. While making the food, he took longer than he should have, belittling everyone, including the manager on duty and the other employee. While making my order, he had a comment about each item I wanted. Then it came to checking out. My toddler saw the cookies and wanted one. We told her no, but the sweet cashier heard my daughter asking me for one, and the cashier asked her manager if she could give her a free cookie. The manager approved of it and she gave her a cookie, and Travis then said, "If it was my daughter, I'd tell her no because we can't afford cookies.".... overall the manager and the cashier was great but TRAVIS made it awkward and awful. Somone needs to talk to him about his customer service and less comments.

  I place the order on line, 13 mins later (the place was empty) but my order was not ready, they were starting on it and it took then 15 mins to finish (2 girls both working on it) It supposed to be fast food 🤦

  I placed my order online so it would be ready when I got there. I was in the car with my friend and she placed an order right after me for 2 sandwiches for her and her kids to share. Mine was ready when we got there. The app kept changing the pick up time for her order. Even though we placed our orders on the app we planned to eat there. When we walked in there were 3 people in line. It took over 15 minutes from the time we walked in until for the first person was even helped. After waiting more than 20 minutes past the original time it said their order was ready the app updated and said their order would be ready in 30 minutes. 50 minutes for 2 sandwiches! She went up and asked about their order and was informed that one of the workers had an allergy to cucumbers and got some cucumber juice on his skin so he had to go and wash it off. The service was extremely slow, the sandwiches were not very good.
