  Zero customer service, just a condescending bot on the phone. Told robot to hold package, then get a message the next day that my package is “out for delivery” in the next town over.

  I went to this location today because I needed to make a copy. The lady working there seemed really bent out of shape when she had to help me, even though she wasn't busy and the store was empty.

  Christian was extremely helpful and, though faxing is self serve, jumped right in to basically take care of it for me! He was friendly and professional and I was impressed!

  Was told that I should just take my shipment to the corporate location across town. I've done a lot of business through the location and shipped larger items. I'll just go elsewhere.
