  I went in to find out how to make my photos rotate because I didn't know how to do it. I gave the cricket associate my phone and she looked at it and handed it back to me and very rudely told me she turned the rotation on but it's not working. I said 'ok where is the button to turn it on?' She then said 'settings...have a nice day'. This woman just dismissed me. I've been a Cricket customer for well over 10 years and have never been treated so terribly by someone in the service industry. If anyone in Cricket managent reads this, I dont know this woman's name, but she worked at this store on 5-24-26 at around 11:45 am. This position clearly does not fit her. She has zero personality and zero customer service experience. I got home and my mother in law turned the rotation on for me and it works just fine no thanks to your employee. Sorry Cricket, rude isn't a good look on you. She needs to go.

  The lady at this store 2151 Main St. Suite140 Longmont, CO at 11:30AM on Sunday 5-24-2026, is incredibly rude. Zero customer service. Just attitude! She clearly has no interest in helping Cricket customers. I definitely won't be returning to this location.

  I had an absolute HORRIBLE experience here! I've tried many times to get in contact with someone to resolve this issue and I get hung up on when I call customer service or waited up to 14 min for a message back online. They will try to scam you out of money don't go here!
