  We have very little interaction with the staff at Brandon Black's agency, but when we do they take care of us completely. The phone app is sufficient for most of our needs. I thought Allstate was expensive until I shopped around. This proved that many agencies are all in this same ballpark and we opted to stay. Destiny assisted in making some reasonable changes to our policies that resulted in a significant reduction in premiums given our slide into retirement. Overall, I am pleased with this agency and its service.
