  Never again! I went into this shop awhile back to get a bulb for my rear taillight/blinker. The guy looked it up and even went to grab the bulb off the shelf for me. I went out and pulled the old bulb and it was clear, not amber like the one I was just sold. I went back into the store and both guys told me that the color doesn't matter since the lens was red. I've never heard that before, but ok. So I went back out to switch it out and it didn't fit. When I went back in again, the original guy said that he thought I said front. I don't think I did, but even if I had, the colors not matching should've been a clue instead of making it out to be my fault. Something was said about the package already being open, so I told them that I'll eat the cost of the bulbs, but I won't be buying any new ones from them. They ended up exchanging the bulbs. I've been doing minor repairs to my vehicles since I started driving 30 years ago and have never been made to feel like a dummy before. I will go out of my way to go to any other auto parts stores to avoid feeling like that again.

  Mike was very helpful and informative, gave me suggestions on the best parts to get for my vehicle in store as well as recommendations on things I wasn’t able to get in store and where to look for them. Kind and caring, I will definitely be back!
