  I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts. The manager Will, was exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping customers. They went above and beyond to make sure I found the right parts and answered all of my questions. It's rare to receive that level of customer service these days. The store was organized, and the staff was professional and helpful. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return for my future automotive needs.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Will, the store manager. I came in extremely frustrated after my girlfriend accidentally locked her keys and purse inside her vehicle. I was on a deadline and couldn’t wait for AAA. To make matters worse, I had already ordered a tool online that broke, and I had spent time driving from O’Reilly’s to AutoZone and other auto parts stores trying to find a replacement. No one had what I needed or was able to offer a solution. Will immediately took the time to look up the kit I was searching for, but unfortunately it had to be ordered. Instead of simply telling me they didn’t have it and sending me on my way like everyone else, he took the time to think through the problem with me. I explained that I already had the airbag and wedges—I just needed something long enough to reach the unlock button. That’s when Will came up with a creative idea. He suggested using a pole and even helped me attach a screw to it to create a temporary tool. Thanks to his willingness to think outside the box and genuinely help, I was able to unlock the vehicle in less than 60 seconds. It honestly took me longer to drive back to the vehicle than it did to get into it. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Most businesses seem focused on making the sale, but Will made me feel like a valued customer even though the store didn’t have the exact product I needed. He cared more about solving my problem than just sending me away. Because of Will, Advance Auto Parts has earned my business. Any future parts or automotive needs for my vehicles will be going to this location. Thank you, Will, for going above and beyond—you turned a very stressful day into a successful one. @trulykingjulian
