  Incomplete part. 1 phone call promised resolution. 3 trips. Advanced failed to fulfil it's multiple promises. Waisted time, fuel and frustration. Last of my business they'll get unless they make this right.

  Luis was so helpful. I bought an overly complicated wiper blade and he personally helped me put it on my vehicle. He didn’t get frustrated with the installation and persevered until it was securely attached and even offered an exchange if he were to break it in the process. He also talked to me about my upcoming vehicle inspection with my mechanic and what to expect. Only when we were finished did he mention he was the GM. Above and beyond! Bravo!! What a blessing to me this day and a gift to this establishment. Something so simple, yet so completely over my head. On one of the rainiest days in CO, too!! Luis saved the day! And I passed my inspection!

  This is a great location, the manager went above and beyond the bar to help me resolve a parts failure that happened while my client was on the road. I will be bringing more of my business here because they help me take care of my clients by treating me right. Thanks guys, I look forward to the next visit. Keep up the good work.
