  I went in today with nothing but a couple of jpeg files and a dream… a dream that someday, those files would become business cards. The team in the store was efficient in helping me understand the options, walked through the pricing and even helped me adjust the files so that the entire card would look good when printed. I walked out feeling confident crossing this task off my to do list. A few hours later, I got a call that they were ready! I was so excited I almost hopped right back in my car to go grab them. The store hours make that an option well into the evening. I didn’t though. Making an extra trip solely for the purpose of unboxing my new, gorgeous business cards feels irresponsible in this economy. Fortunately, the store also opens early, so I can swing in and grab them on my way to the office in the morning. Can’t wait!

  When in there on a crunch and Chiana when above and beyond to help me and get my proposals ready. I've been to a bunch of print shops and by far.This is the one with the best customer service!!!! 5 STARS!!

  They refused to give my package to my authorized brother today after my package was delayed by four days and I was no longer in Colorado. I spoke with three customer support agents and continued to be told I'd be called back while they hold my package. I still do not have the package and am waiting for a call.

  The girl at the country couldn't be bothered to assist me and made herself look busy. I ended up helping myself and using the computer kiosk to scan my documents which times out and takes your money regardless of whether you completed your job or not. The girls boyfriend shows up with breakfast for her and suddenly she's free, of course. Disappointing experience.
