  I decided to give this FedEx location a try despite some of the reviews I had read, and I’m really glad I did! When I entered, an employee was vacuuming, but she immediately noticed me, greeted me politely, and went to the counter to help me. The employee, Anyce, was incredibly helpful and kind while assisting me with my boxes. I later realized that I could have completed everything through the self-service option, but I didn’t know that at the time, and Anyce was still happy to help me without making me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I really appreciated her patience, kindness, and willingness to help. It was a much more positive experience than I expected based on the reviews, and I wanted to make sure Anyce received some recognition for providing excellent customer service!

  Walked in here to drop off a package and nobody was up front, yet I heard laughter and lots of conversations in the back from store employees. I waited for about 10 minutes and another customer came in (the doorbell rang again as they walked in) and still no service. After waiting another 5 or 10 minutes, I left because it was obvious that no employee was going to come to the counter and do their job. AVOID this place!

  Anyce was incredible. Her energy was welcoming and kind. So helpful and she walked me through a fed ex print with love and care.

  I was helped by Alexis. She was extremely helpful and patient. Such positive energy and worked very quickly to have everything sorted. We had minor hiccups with the shipping and she solved it very quickly and effectively. I hope corporate sees this and can give her a promotion!!!!!
