  place was basically falling apart for a while, old manager was pretty bad from what i know but the new manager, mary, is pretty cool, food's already a lot better because of her !

  The new general manager, Mary, was lovely to chat with, and she crafted me a custom vegetarian sandwich that was perfection.

  If you have the cajones to charge $44 for THREE sandwiches (I know we allllll remember $5 footlongs) then man they'd better be accurate. Ordered ahead, got them home and come to find out all 3 of our sandwiches were assembled incorrectly. Ingredients were mixed between what we ordered and what we received. I know it's a first world problem, but again; if these sandwiches cost THIS MUCH then please be sure they're put together how they are ordered. Last thing we want to do is pick out veggies from one sandwich to place them on another.

  I watched a male worker come from the bathroom, wash their hands for a split second, then use the towel they dried their hands with to wipe down the counter top where they make the food. I seen way more than just that one issue, but I don't have time to write it all. They need to clean up this issue, it's not a great look. I'll be traveling to Brighton for a sub when I feel like one.

  I have been to this shop many times and the quality in the past has been pretty poor, i went this past week. September of 2026, and i've had the best experience there that I have ever had, Mary was fantastic, i will definitely let my friends in town. Know that the service and quality has improved. Thank you Mary.
