  I ordered through Uber Eats and was sent someone else’s order. I called wingstop explained the situation and was told by their child of a manager to call Uber Eats and she couldn’t do anything about it. Need a couple years of customer service before you put these kids in as managers, setting them up for failure, she obviously can’t handle situations a MANAGER should be able to

  Stopped by to get a quick chicken wing fix! I recieved outstanding customer service from Betsaida and the team. The chicken and fries were really good and fresh! She mentioned if I'd be coming in often to sign up for their rewards program and I didn't even know Wingstop had one now. I suggest stopping by this location for a good meal and friendly faces!

  Thanks for making us pay for ranch after buying 20 wings. $45.00 for 20 wings and a side of fries but you need us to pay for ranch? Bs…. You act like giving your customers ranch is going to break you… do better. Employees did a great job prepping the food. My issue is being charged for something that should come with the food.

  Ew. I got lemon pepper wings (one of my favorites to get at other places) but what is this. There was like a cup of salt it was hard to eat and the OIL?? at least a table spoon at the bottom. Took 20 min and $13 for what. Go to buffalo wild wings. The service was just sad mumbled the whole time absolutely no energy don't work with people if you don't like talking to them.
