  I've been going to this store a few times a week, for the past year. I have nothing but great things to say about Sabi and her wonderful team. Every time I come in I'm so generously welcomed, and everyone is extremely helpful. Dropping off a package and getting to talk with Sabi can often be the highlight of my day. Would highly recommend this store!!!

  Been in this location multiple times and they’re always so aggressive. I was the only customer in the store today and the lady helping me was basically yelling at me and acting like I was bothering her by coming in to ship things. I will make an effort in the future to go to a different ups location.

  Rude, Rude, Rude! I usually only leave positive reviews on Google. But not today. The young man at the counter acted like he was doing me a favor and was very passive-aggressive. I asked how he was doing, and he was NOT very friendly; he acted so unprofessional, like I was putting him out. Had to ask him questions about the mailing prices. First quote was 80 Dollars for a Package less than 3 pounds. But the information wasn't forthright. He just lollygagged to help me. Had to pull it out of him to find additional mailing prices and options. And more expensive than the post office! The 80 quote was processed at USPS; 3-day mail was $ 21. He also argued about that, claiming the same price at USPS. Will not ever return.

  The woman helping me process my return was extremely rude at first impression raised her voice at me and talked to me like I was stupid instead of clarifying which items needed to be scanned for each return label. Towards the end of our interaction, she remembered her customer service voice and wish me a nice day. I don’t appreciate th in-genuine interaction, and will not be going to the UPS again.
