The employees at this UPS Store are exemplary! I’ve been coming to this location for years. Even when they are busy, they get the stuff done, keep the line moving & do it with a smile. I 100% recommend!

They packed my items well, as far as I can tell, because they arrived in one piece, on time.

They refused to ship a prepaid label because the weight was incorrect, although it was going to be charged to the receiver on the backend with the updated weight. They wanted me to pay them for the prepaid label that the product owner already paid for. I called the product owner who suggested this was likely an attempt to get extra cash and I should go to a different store. Luckily there’s another store minutes away that had a good laugh and didn’t want to charge me over $200 to return my item with prepaid shipping. Not all UPS stores are the same so don’t get fooled, if it doesn’t seem correct it’s probably not.
