  I go to this subway maybe once a month or so and the staff is always on top of it. The young lady there today was particularly impressive - there was a long line but she worked very fast, while still making sure to get the orders right and provide good service. The store was out of one condiment and she apologized sincerely for this. You could tell that she really cared and took her responsibility of feeding people quite seriously. I didn’t get her name, but just wanted to say here, thanks for what you do!

  Great subway- they are willing to go the extra mile for you. Graycen is truly a sandwich artist and she crafted my sandwich with the passion of a professional. It reminds me of the way subway used to be, before service became “sub” and they put yoga mats in the bread. Will be back.

  I went in one person working I did not catch her name but absolutely amazing person she was telling me how she was clocked in before 6:00 and she had to run to three different stores to collect the food she needed for the sandwiches. She was out of everything from last night. She wasn't able to get everything but she did her best. She was amazing. She still had a positive attitude. Her coworker call out becuse she was in the hospital. So she is working morning to night. These people are great people and cut them some slack they don't have everything they need like staff. But still a great place to go if your looking for the right people to chat with.

  Literally got scammed here. Put in an online order and went to the store to pick it up. They informed me that they ran out of chicken so they couldn't make my order and told me to go online and submit a ticket about this. Will there is no place online to submit a support ticket about this issue. So I literally paid $13.95 on April 19th and got nothing. Update: Tried to go into the store and resolve this issue by asking for a free sandwich since the previous one I purchased never got given, unfortunately the scam continues and they didn't offer to remake my sandwich of which I paid for.

  I did get there close to closing however the worker seemed put off because I chose to order with 7 minutes left to order.
