  Very disappointing experience. They put such a small amount of lettuce on our sandwiches that we asked for a little more. The employee added basically another pinch, so we politely asked for more again. At that point, he started huffing and acting visibly annoyed that he had to add more lettuce. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable—we just wanted a normal amount of toppings on the sandwiches we paid for. The attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable and unnecessary. Customer service could definitely be better.

  Came to this place a few times lately, will have work very very close by but will now travel to my precious previous subway miles away. I wanted to order an additional sandwich, above and beyond my initial "IN TOTAL" count. Oh boy, it wasn't worth ordering the extra, I was shorted on toppings like crazy. You can hear "In Total" throughout the store, i barely hear the other questions asked by that employee, and barely hear other employees questions to customers, but sure heat In Total over all the other noise. 3 stars, previous employees were friendly and fair on toppings, but this last trip and once before changed that.
