I placed an online order that my husband picked up, but when he got home we realized it was incorrect. I returned to the restaurant to have it fixed, and Debil took care of the mistake immediately, even though it was right before closing. She made sure everything was correct before I left and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally the issue was handled. Highly recommend!

I'm so tired of these subway franchisees understaffing their stores. It's 12:00 on a Friday. Only one person. 6 of 8 drink choices out of order. Buzzers and chimes going off left and right, a line of customers stacked up as I was finishing. The staffing problem is so common at Subway I have to think it's a recommendation from corporate.
Do better. Right now you just stink at customer service.
