  I work in a medical building about 3 minutes away from this subway location. I stop in to get lunch 1-2 times weekly, and every time the service has been awesome! Today Rose, Storm, and Kennedy were working, they (as always) were very kind and efficient!

  This place can’t handle any business at all placed a lunch order for two sandwiches got to the restaurant a few minutes after my pick up window. They hadn’t even started on the sandwich. It wasn’t until 15 minutes later they got me my sandwiches when bring it to their attention how late they were and asked if they would do anything for me they said no there’s other places you can go and I would suggest you exercise that option. This place is a joke.

  I've gotten two online takeout orders from this location in the past two weeks after a long time since visiting a Subway. Both orders were completely correct, ingredients all were excellent, the protein and all veggies. I had limited interactions with staff, but found them very friendly during both visits. Looking at visiting again soon.

  Ordered at 10:45 with the mobile app. The bread was so hard, it couldn’t be eaten, the lettuce and spinach was wilted and the added salt for some reason. Yuck, the roxbourough location is always fresh and clean to eat, will go there. Don’t bother, it’s gross- I’ll edit this if I get food poisoning.
