  If they offer to order an item and ship it direct to your house be 100% sure they are ordering the correct item because returning it will be very challenging.

  I wandered in from the Coach store next door and I’m so glad I did. The selection is incredible, but the service from Angela is what truly stands out. She helped me find a beautiful bag and wallet without ever making me feel pressured. When I realized my first choice was too small, she recognized me immediately upon my return and seamlessly helped me upgrade to the perfect size. To top it off, she personally reached out to let me know I’d left items in my old wallet and kept them safe for me. If you’re shopping at Park Meadows, ask for Angela—she is knowledgeable, honest, and wonderful to work with!

  Worst experience I've had in a very long time. Was not even greeted when walking in the door. I tried to return a bag and I guess I was 3 day's past the deadline and the girl wouldn't even discuss about it. Will never shop at Michael Kors again! Also other businesses in the mall said they never see anyone in that store and feel it won't be around very much longer.
