  Working with Raven at the Jennifer Feld Agency is truly a wonderful experience. She is quick to respond, extremely attentive and is always there to answer our questions.   Arianna is phenomenal. We had a somewhat complicated switchover needed to include short term rental coverage in our home policy, and she was incredible in communicating promptly and clearly, and helped us actually end up saving significantly over our prior policy. Really appreciate it!

  I cannot say enough good things about Arianna (Ari) Richardson and the exceptional customer service she provided during an incredibly stressful insurance situation. Because my home is located in a mountain town, my insurance company conducted an audit of my property and identified several defensible-space issues, including pine needles, pine cones, juniper bushes, and a woodpile. I took the matter very seriously and spent months — nearly 80 hours of difficult, physical work — mitigating my property and addressing every item that had been identified. Despite all of that effort, I received a phone call from my agent’s office informing me that my coverage would be dropped and that I would need to move to a much more expensive insurance company I had never even heard of. It felt as though the office had simply given up on me and was ready to move my policy elsewhere. Then my file was moved to Ari’s desk. Ari refused to give up on me. She worked diligently with me and the Allstate underwriting department throughout the entire appeal process. She answered every phone call, responded to every email, and walked me through the process step by step — literally line item by line item. She was professional, personable, patient, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me find a solution. Most importantly, Ari helped me achieve a successful appeal, allowing me to keep my coverage. What was an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience turned into a successful appeal because Ari took ownership of the situation and advocated for me. I am extremely grateful and fortunate to have had her working on my behalf. Ari is truly a 5-star Customer Support Specialist. If I could walk into her office with a Starbucks coffee and give her a hug to thank her, I would! She absolutely deserves recognition for the care, persistence, and professionalism she showed me. Thank you, Ari, for not giving up on me when others had. You made all the difference!
